Processing and delivery days fall on business days ( Monday - Friday ). Standard Federal/Public Holidays are not included in business day calculations. Orders normally ship within 2 business days after placement, and orders with engravable items may take up to 4 business days to ship.

*Expedited Shipping is available in the continental US, but is not currently available in Puerto Rico.

*While we ship to APO/FPO addresses for the same flat rate, we are unable to control the speed at which these packages travel. Please allow for additional time for these packages to deliver.

We make every effort to process your order within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) from your order date. Extended processing times may occur during new product launches and the holiday season. Orders with engravable items will add an additional 1-2 business days to processing time.

To track your order’s processing and shipped status, check the orders tab in your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 days before tracking updates.

Absolutely. We can offer the same flat rate shipping but it may take a little longer to get there. Please allow 4-9 business days for shipments to Puerto Rico and US Territories. We currently do not offer expedited service to these locations.

P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. Our suggestion is to select standard shipping as a preferred ship method.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) to us for free - if your return is initiated within 90 days of purchase, shipping's on us! Once your return is processed you will be receiving a return shipping label via email to send your items back to our Distribution Center.

We do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, the driver might decide to ask for a signature, which is at his or her discretion. It is recommended that you choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product is received and delivered in a timely fashion.
