We have some important website updates to share. As we make some adjustments for cost inflation and our website platform makes changes this June, we want to give you advanced notice of some changes to Stella & Dot programs and site functionality.
- Free Shipping for S&D 6/1: The shipping threshold for free shipping on all US domestic orders will now be $100+ USD for all customers. There will no longer be a different threshold for VIP members. With inflation driving shipping and fulfillment costs now being over 20% of our sales, this is a necessary change. We appreciate your understanding.
- Loyalty Rewards for S&D 7/1: Our Style Reward Program for Stella & Dot will be ending 7/31/24. You are eligible to earn points through Stella & Dot purchases until 7/1/24. Redeeming points on Stella & Dot will expire 7/31/24. Points earned will still be eligible for redemption on EVER.com beyond 7/31/24.
- Pre-orders 6/1: Gift cards are not redeemable on any items available for pre-order. Discount codes can still be used.
- Ambassador Discount Moves to Codes for S&D Only 6/1: Ambassador discounts will move to being coupon codes based on your Ambassador Tier and these codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes, rewards, or discounts. Should you want to utilize discount stacking, please do so in May. We will still offer compelling everyday discounts with your Ambassador code and with regular site sales. And, we are bringing back an Ambassador discount shopping window. Stay tuned for details!
